What is Mental Health Skill-Building?

BLHS offers mental health skill building services which provide planned activities and on-going support in the development of needed skills to maintain independence within one’s community. An individualized service plan (ISP), a skill building tool which includes person centered goals is developed and used throughout the duration of services as an on-going reference.
